In the process of organizing my many photo files into neat little folders... I realized I take quite a few shots of food. Am I a foodie? I think I might be.The effort is usually to post a recipe I never get around to.

| Breakfast Tostadas, what can I say, we were pretty into tostadas that month. A layer of refried black beans prepared with olive oil & a bit of garlic, sauted spinach & onions, shredded cheese, a fried egg & fresh tomato. |

| Lebanese Red Lentil Soup- a simple soup of red lentil, carmelized onions, garlic & salt. Side of rosemary baked potatoes and raw kale salad. |
Oh, this post makes me so hungry. Those tostadas look exceptional.

ReplyDeleteman you guys eat all the good stuff!!! every single thing here looks utterly delicious to me. wish i was a better cook; though we try frequently and have lots of go-to faves. i might have to steal your breakfast tostada idea for darin; he'll love it!
