| It's the first thing I do in the morning and the last at night. I'm perpetually dry. I like Burt's Bees in the tin best (although I recently found a great recipe to make that mimics the formula perfectly). | | |

| I hate the idea of drinking your breakfast, but I can go for hours on the energy boost I get from my Green Smoothie. Not to mention I get 2 servings of veggies before 9 am. |

| I'm a firm believer in the fact that a good walk can solve anything. I like to take time out of each day to be outside, take a walk, and think about absolutely nothing. |

I was just thinking yesterday that I need to start going on daily walks. I got out of the habit with the weather being so chilly and walking so much at work.
